Consignment & Authenticity Agreement
BOMBHAUTE Consignment Agreement Process
Upon receipt of the item(s), Bombhaute will be responsible for the promotion and customer service associated with selling your items including market price evaluation, authentication, professional photography, detailed product description, in-store merchandising, online listing, customer service, and if required - secure packaging, shipping and insurance of your property. We will take all necessary steps to sell your item(s) For the best price or upon the price you request. BOMBHAUTE authenticates in-house or if necessary uses a 3rd party authenticator to ensure all items are guaranteed authentic. The authentication process takes 4-6 business days. If your item(s) results come back as inauthentic there is a $75 fee charged to you, the seller, to cover our costs ($250 fee for Hermes handbags). If your item is deemed inauthentic and the $75 fee has been paid, BOMBHAUTE will either return the item to you or if requested by the seller, destroy the item.
**Please note: It is illegal to buy or sell counterfeit luxury goods. BOMBHAUTE will not buy or sell counterfeit items and will immediately return or destroy items deemed counterfeit and will charge the seller/consignor an authentication fee.
Payment
BOMBHAUTE issues consignment payments within 7 business days after the item has been sold. The consignor will receive an email confirmation payment and a check will be mailed to you.
Selling Your Item
BOMBHAUTE will leverage at our physical store boutique, online e-commerce store, our top clients database and other selling avenues to sell your authentic luxury designer items. BOMBHAUTE retains the sole discretion to relocate consigned item(s) between its sales locations as necessary to optimize sales opportunities. BOMBHAUTE is responsible to cover all sales transaction expenses involved in said sale such as credit card fees, PayPal fees and all the process expenses detailed above, including shipping if necessary. If your item has not sold after 120 days, it will be marked down or it can be returned to you with no additional fees involved.
Your item will be available for purchase on BOMBHAUTE online e-commerce store within 2-3 weeks from the date of signing this agreement (subject to change). Our process involves authenticating, cleaning and photographing your item, editing the photos and writing a product description. We guarantee professional marketing, product photography and descriptions on our website. As a result, we can not guarantee your item will be available on our online e-commerce store before 3 weeks from signing this agreement. However, your item will be available in our physical store boutique for customers to purvhase while this process is being completed.
Consignment Terms & Item Pricing
Initial product price is determined according to current market research. Each item is listed for sale in our physical store boutique and on our online e-commerce store for a minimum of 120 days.
After 60 days, BOMBHAUTE reserves the right to adjust the sale price by up to 10% at its own discretion, in order to promote sale of the item.
After 90 days, BOMBHAUTE reserves the right to reduce the sale price by up to 20% (unless otherwise determined at time of selling appointment and stated in this contract below).
After 120 days, BOMBHAUTE will continue to sell the item at a marked down price and reserves the right to mark the item down according to their discretion. After 120 days, the markdown policy will no longer be valid. The consignor will not be consulted on markdowns after 120 days.
Cancellation Clause
In the event that this Agreement is terminated by the Consignor prior to the completion of the 120-day consignment period, a cancellation fee of $75 shall be payable to BOMBHAUTE. For Hermès handbags, an early termination fee of $250 shall apply. The Consignor may submit a request for early termination in exchange for a buyout or store credit; however, such requests shall be considered solely at the discretion of BOMBHAUTE. Any offers extended in connection with such requests shall be determined at the time of cancellation, and BOMBHAUTE makes no guarantee that such offers will reflect the initial quote provided. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to NinaTruong@Bombhaute.com, with a standard processing time of 2–3 business days.
Liability
BOMBHAUTE endeavours to take every reasonable effort to safeguard merchandise kept on premises - including a 24 hour security cameras and Alarm systems .However, consigned items are kept in our possession at the Consignor's own risk.
The company maintains no liability for loss, damage, or destruction of any consigned item(s) by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. While BOMBHAUTE will make reasonable efforts to recover compensation through our insurance provider in such cases, the company is not liable for any costs or unpaid amounts if the insurance provider does not cover or approve the claim, in whole or in part.

Upon receiving this form via email you hereby agree with all the points outlined in this document, confirm that you are the lawful owner of all the merchandise, and that to your best reasonable knowledge, you believe the items to be authentic. This agreement can be terminated upon receipt of written notice signed by you, subject to the cancellation clause described above.
